Welcome on Ars Statistica’s webpage. We are acting as a (bio)statistical consulting company based in Belgium dedicated to help medical doctors, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in the statistical analysis of their clinical trials and observational studies, from preclinical trials up to Phase I-Phase IV clinical trials. We offer biostatistical and clinical trials services for clinical research.

We mostly use the analytical open source statistical software (R) to perform our duty. Next to our statistical consultancy service, we also organise, on request, biostatistical trainings for medical doctors (topics frequently asked are: sample size calculations, types of clinical trials, hypothesis testing, types of errors in clinical trials, dose-finding trials, propensity score).

Ars Statistica can provide you flexible, fast and professional results. We help you to define the goals of your clinical trial (sample size calculation, primary outcome definition (included combined/composite endpoint), best design (adaptive design for phase II, II, III or classical one)), to write protocols and SAP, to analyse data and present findings in statistical reports.

We can help you with the statistical aspects of your research project with these keys elements:
•We will insure the background, problem statement and purpose of the study are aligned.
•We may help you write your research questions in the form of statistically testable hypotheses.
•We may perform a statistical power analysis to determine the proper sample size for your study.
•We may write the data analysis plan to specify which statistical methods will be used to analyze your data.

Also included in our services is unlimited telephone and email support to answer any questions that you might have about the statistical considerations for your research project. Working with us, the statistical aspects of your research project will be accepted by peer-review committee, and you will fully understand the statistical considerations for your study so that you will feel confident in defending your research/dissertation project.

Do you need statistical advice for your clinical study? Do not hesitate to download our sample report, showing, on public data, how we report statistical results of clinical studies. ArsStatistica_SampleReport
